So you're curious about what happens behind the scenes...

From grand columns to perfectly manicured lawns, these iconic sorority houses are some of the most recognizable landmarks on the Ole Miss campus.

If you’re getting ready for Ole Miss Rush, chances are your For You page already knows it. Between outfit inspo, day-by-day breakdowns, and “what I wish I knew” videos, social media has become an unofficial survival guide for recruitment. When used the right way, it can calm nerves, answer questions you didn’t even know to ask, and help you feel a little less alone walking into one of the most competitive rush processes in the country.

1. Yourself (But the Highlight Reel Version)

Sorority recruitment at Ole Miss—or any SEC school—is not for the faint of heart. It’s exciting, overwhelming, emotional, and yes… competitive. Very competitive. You’ll hear a lot of opinions before you ever step into a house. Some helpful. Some wildly dramatic. Some flat-out wrong.

Sorority costs were compiled from the U of M Panhellenic page and reflect Fall 2025 financial transparency reports.
