Social Media Accounts You Should Follow

If you’re getting ready for Ole Miss Rush, chances are your For You page already knows it. Between outfit inspo, day-by-day breakdowns, and “what I wish I knew” videos, social media has become an unofficial survival guide for recruitment. When used the right way, it can calm nerves, answer questions you didn’t even know to ask, and help you feel a little less alone walking into one of the most competitive rush processes in the country.

That said—not all advice is created equal. Some accounts glamorize rush in a way that isn’t realistic, while others overshare or create unnecessary stress. These accounts highlight helpful, honest, and Ole Miss–specific (or SEC-relevant) focus on preparation, confidence, and perspective—without the drama. Whether you’re looking for outfit ideas, mindset tips, or reassurance that you will survive this week, these are the accounts worth following before recruitment begins.
